I would like to thank you for being here and I invite you to follow along on my journey to become less reliant on technology and more present in my life.

Before I begin, let me preface with this; I am NOT a professional writer and I WILL NOT be utilizing AI (I call it AU, more on that later) to write so there will be grammatical errors, incorrect punctuation and the occasional misspelled word. This just enforces that I am a real person who is perfectly imperfect!

Again, thank you and may God bless you!
